Chase Woodall
Chase was born and raised in Dallas Texas and is the owner and founder of Woodall and Co. Chase studied communications at Texas Christian University while nurturing a growing interest in investments and real estate. After graduating and marrying Leslie in 2013 Chase began investing in the real estate market. He started his career buying distressed properties, renovating them with his wife, selling some and holding onto others. After his portfolio of investment properties grew, it led to the birth of a property management company. In more recent years, Chase has pursued acquiring lots around Dallas and executing ground up development. As a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, Chase also runs a full service brokerage in Dallas.
Outside real estate, Chase loves spending time with his three little girls and wife. He also enjoys playing competitive sports with friends and hunting.
Cooper Johnson
Cooper grew up in Rowlett, Texas before moving to Dallas after graduating from school. He attended Babson College where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Cooper has previous experience in real estate working in property management throughout college. He is focused on continuing to learn and build his skill set to further his career in real estate.
Outside of the office Cooper enjoys exploring Dallas, spending time with friends, sports, and live music.
Leslie Woodall
Leslie was born and raised in Dallas Texas right up the road from Chase. She attended Baylor University and later went on to design school where she acquired her decorator’s license. Leslie and Chase married in 2013 and shortly after began buying properties and renovating them. This eventually snowballed into a beautiful multifaceted real estate business. At Woodall and Co, Leslie is the head designer in charge of making all the aesthetic choices for large renovations and ground up developments.
Outside of the office Leslie is a mom of 3 little girls with Chase and she loves doing life with them. She enjoys community with friends and family and loves a good cup of coffee!
