Chase Woodall
Chase Woodall is a Dallas native and the founder of Woodall & Co., a full-service real estate brokerage and development firm based in Dallas, Texas. A graduate of Texas Christian University with a degree in Communications, Chase developed an early passion for investing and real estate that ultimately shaped his career.
After graduating and marrying his wife, Leslie, in 2013, Chase began acquiring and renovating distressed residential properties. What started as hands-on projects alongside his wife quickly evolved into a growing portfolio of investment properties. As his holdings expanded, he launched a property management company to better serve both his own assets and fellow investors, creating a vertically integrated real estate platform.
In recent years, Chase has focused on acquiring infill lots throughout Dallas and leading ground-up development projects that contribute to the continued growth and revitalization of local neighborhoods. As a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, he now oversees a full-service brokerage, guiding clients through buying, selling, investing, and development opportunities across the Dallas market.
Outside of work, Chase enjoys spending time with Leslie and their three daughters. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys competitive sports and hunting.
Cooper Johnson
Cooper grew up in Rowlett, Texas before moving to Dallas after graduating from Babson College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is also a Certified Manager of Communities (CMCA®) through the Community Associations Institute, reflecting his professional expertise in property and asset management.
Since joining Woodall & Co., Cooper has closed numerous real estate transactions representing investors, developers, and retail clients throughout the Dallas market. He brings a strong analytical approach to every deal, combining financial acumen with market insight to help clients make confident, strategic decisions.
Cooper also specializes in property management, overseeing a diverse portfolio across Dallas. His focus is on helping investors maximize both short-term cash flow and long-term asset appreciation while ensuring tenants receive responsive, professional service.
Leslie Woodall
Leslie was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, just up the road from Chase. She attended Baylor University before pursuing design school, where she earned her decorator’s license and refined her passion for creating thoughtful, functional spaces.
Leslie and Chase married in 2013 and soon began purchasing and renovating properties together. What started as hands-on projects quickly evolved into a dynamic, multifaceted real estate business. At Woodall & Co., Leslie serves as Head Designer, leading all aesthetic decisions for large-scale renovations and ground-up development projects. Her eye for detail and commitment to quality play a key role in bringing each property’s vision to life.
Outside of work, Leslie is a devoted mom to three daughters. She values time with family and friends, meaningful community, and of course, a great cup of coffee.
Jeanine THames
Jeanine Thames has been a Realtor since 2010 in the state of Texas. She has closed hundreds of transactions working with buyers, sellers, and investors in the residential and commercial markets. She currently manages a portfolio of properties and is well versed in the rental market – especially with condos in the DFW area. As an investor, herself, Jeanine is experienced with the world of lenders, HOAs and the legal aspects of condo deconversions. Investing in Real Estate and helping others to realize the power of Real Estate in a portfolio has been a passion of Jeanine’s from the start of her career, and she prides herself on being friendly, personable, and responding to inquiries quickly.
